The US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) is pleased to invite members to a Discussion on Rules of Origin (ROO) (Chatham House Rules) with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Through this discussion, CIPE is seeking firsthand insights from USABC members on the evolving rules of origin landscape, particularly in Indonesia, including:
This discussion provides members with an opportunity to directly inform CIPE's research and the development of its final public report and policy recommendations. While the discussion will be conducted on a non-attribution basis, members' perspectives will help shape a practical reform agenda aimed at improving rules of origin implementation across the ASEAN region.
